Armineh Ebrahimian, Esq.

Armineh Ebrahimian is an immigration attorney who has represented immigrants and their families since 2002. Her work covers deportation and removal defense, asylum, waivers before the Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the immigration consequences of a criminal arrest or conviction, an area where few immigration lawyers also understand criminal defense.
For the clients of the Law Office of Daniel Deng, that combination matters. A single conviction can make a non-citizen removable from the United States, and the right plea or dismissal in the criminal case often decides the immigration outcome. Mrs. Ebrahimian works with the firm’s criminal defense attorneys so that a client’s immigration status is protected from the first day of the case, not addressed after the criminal matter is closed.
Mrs. Ebrahimian earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2000. She was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2002 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
